Temp issues, not sure what's going on!

Right now ibeier, I really wish I didn't go the cheaper route. Woke up this morning and my temp was at 97. I'm just gunna keep trying. Hopefully I can get at least one to hatch.
 
Got my thermostat installed and at a steady 99. Quiniup helped with a great hand drawn diagram of the set-up.
