Ok got my probe in the water wiggler... Still air...
Question is is the temp for the probe in the wiggler supose to be 101 or is the air supose to be 101 because it seams that the air tends to be much warmer than the probe?

That's a really good question. My air is warmer than the water, too.

Water wiggler temp should always be 99.5.

The air in the a still air needs to be 101 at the top of the eggs to get it there.
