Temp Spike! Extremely worried!

Hello, i put 28 eggs in the bator last night an kept adjusting it. Well i sat down and fell asleep at like 10 or 11 o' clock. I woke up at 7 o' clock and it was at 106.7!!! Do you think it killed everything??????

Well... this is my first hatch but I had a couple spikes up to 110 and my eggs are still developing. I couldn't see anything until today but there is definately some development.
