My 'bator (LJ, fan equipped, no turner at the time) had a similar spike for somewhere around 4 hours. The eggs hatched just fine. It takes quite awhile for the internal egg temp to match the median air temp outside. I'd add a little water and bump the humidity a notch though, in case they lost too much suddenly, but that's MHO.
