I set my incubator up 6 days ago .I used a indoor/outdoor Thermo. which has a sensore on a probe.I had it set to 101 - 102 .I filled the water rings in my incubator unfortunely i had no humidety sensore, I ordered a (temp./hermog.) sensore on line.. when it came in the mail, i hooked it up . I brought the temp back up and set it useing the new temperature unit, then i realized the old one i was using(i left it in to compair temps) was showing 97 degrees. will the 6 days at 107 kill the eggs i candled them and i saw vaines on a few but some where awful dark about 2/3s of the egg looked dark ,couldn't see much because they were dark colored eggs. ive always had a problem w / candleing dark eggs.
So i think it means i was running 5 degrees hotter ( 107) the first 6 days...
