temperature mistake

I set my incubator up 6 days ago .I used a indoor/outdoor Thermo. which has a sensore on a probe.I had it set to 101 - 102 .I filled the water rings in my incubator unfortunely i had no humidety sensore, I ordered a (temp./hermog.) sensore on line.. when it came in the mail, i hooked it up . I brought the temp back up and set it useing the new temperature unit,then i realized the old one i was using(i left it in to compair temps) was showing 97 degrees. will the 6 days at 107 kill the eggs i candled them and i saw vaines on a few but some where awful dark about 2/3s of the egg looked dark ,couldn't see much because they were dark colored eggs. ive always had a problem w / candleing dark eggs.
So i think it means i was running 5 degrees hotter ( 107) the first 6 days...

107 will probably kill or hinder their development severely. when my brooder got to 105 for a few hours, and it kept going to 105 daily, since it was a pain in the neck to adjust, the eggs died. maybe yours are still alive, but will probably have deformities. i remember feeling so defeated when all of my buff brahma eggs were dead
"Zone of heat injury (above 40.5°C/104.9°F) At continuous temperatures above 40.5°C (104.9°F) no embryos would be expected to hatch. However the effect of short periods of high temperature are not necessarily lethal."

its been awhile since i hatched ,so im a little confused on remembering (the egg gets darker to the point you have a hard time seeing anything thru it .or is that an egg gone bad

it means you have a chick inside but i don't think the chick is gonna be any good after 6 days at 107 degrees. you could try hatching them, but if it were me i would toss them out.
