Temperature on day 18-21

I was just wondering how important temperature in the incubator is on day 18 - 21. I know humidity is really important. The reason I'm asking is because I have a Reptipro 6000 and it keeps temp nice. But I want to use my old foam incubator as a hatcher because I want to keep incubating other eggs.. Thing is that foam incubator sux at keeping temp. It fluctuates a lot. Would that be ok you think?

The temperature stays the same for the entire hatch.
The humidity is what changes. You run a higher humidity during the lockdown period, days 19 - 21.
