Okay, so what temperature do i need to keep my 2 week old baby quail at? Is it still 95 and 85 degrees or is it lower now?

In my brooder, the temp near the lamp is high around 95, but the other end of the brooder is around 82. My 4 day-old chicks hang around the colder end and seem find.

You are raising Bobs right? The day they started on their 2nd week of life, (15 days old) the temp in the brooder should be 87 to 85 degrees. You should be lowering it by 5 degrees each week. If you are still at 95, you can not lower it to 85. It will shock them and will have to lower it 5 degrees, or 90 degrees. Always lower the heat by 5 degrees every 7 days.
