I think you might want to use hardware cloth but what predators do you have? I see lots of trees there. Very pretty!
I've had owls hunt my quail with chicken wire around their garden. One would flush them from cover, the other waiting on the other side of the garden. Quails head went through the chicken wire and the owls took it off. The guineas heads won't fit through hardware cloth. In theory raccoons won't be able to reach through.
