I created this myself... 100watt heat bulb....do you guys think it will work
I hoping for the best since my hen stopped lying on her eggs since others hatched

Unfortunately, I wouldn't put too much hope in it, you did a good job but it's not going to make the specific requirements for hatching.

What's the difference

You need a incubator that doesn't absorb moisture like cardboard to get proper humidity.
