I have still air with turner. How much temp and humidity should I have for the first 18 days and then for the hatch?

Please help as I have had 2 unsuccessful hatches. The last hatch I did get one to hatch but something was wrong with the leg and she died anyway. I really need advice.

Still air run at 102 degrees temp, humidity 45 to 60 then up it the last 3 days to 8o% or more.

I would recommend doing some research on the humidity level, there are different thoughts on this. The humidity level also changes depending on what you are hatching.
Good luck

102 for still air? I didn't know that... should I turn mine up a bit? I have it sitting at 100. Setting eggs Sunday evening.

Could someone elaborate on where to put the thermometer(s) at when you are using a turner??? I put one at both ends but when it turns then temps are lower.................
