temps for incubator?

I have a Hovabator without a fan and I was just making sure that I heard correctly and havent been doing this wrong the entire time...
Incubator with fan - 99.5*F
incubator without fan - 102*F

Correct me if im wrong PLEASE!

101, to 102 is accurate enough. I do recommend getting the fan though. They are fairly easy to find. I got one from my Aunt who had a computer tower that she was going to throw away. I also had tons of phone chargers.
