Tendinitis who needs it?...

I have bicep tendinitis hurts like crazy. Heat on it now... Advil (Ibuprofen) taken, trying to bend my arm hurts.


So who has tendinitis? what did you do to get rid of the pain?

I've had it before. Here's what to do: wear an arm/wrist brace (wherever the pain is, arm or wrist), to stabilize the tendon, and take Orudis (Ketoprofen)- an Anti-inflammatory that works way better then Motrin (Ibuprofen). Either get a doctor's RX for it or use OTC at least 75mg per dose. Worked great for me. Take w/food if your tummy is sensitive.

Good luck. Ive had it in my right elbow since this past summer. And since Im right handed, its not getting much better. Ive tried wrist braces and elbow supports. Not much has helped.

Did you try the Ketoprofen with the brace?
