Here is a link for chicken laws in Maryville TN.

I copied and pasted the only part of the city ordinance that mentioned domestic fowl:
[FONT=CenturySchoolbook,Bold]10-301. Running at large prohibited[/FONT]
. It shall be unlawful for any owner of any cows, swine, sheep, horses, donkeys, mules or goats, or other livestock, or any chickens, ducks, geese, turkeys, or other domestic fowl to knowingly or negligently permit any of them to run at large in any street, alley, or unenclosed lot within the corporate limits. (1985 Code, § 3-301)​
