Anyone here in Tennessee have guinea keets or eggs for sale?

monita I will have some early in the summer if you're willing to wait that long. I don't know of anyone else local on here that has any, but you could ask around.

Thank you so much for the reply so quick. How much do you sell for? last year we got 15 keets from a hatchery for $45. i think one of my neighbors ended up with them though because all 16 we received went missing at the same time just about 2 weeks after we let them start free ranging. i will check around and see what i can find but so far everything i have found i will have to wait until June or they are outrageously priced. so i may have to wait anyway.

I sold them for $2.50 each for keets and $8-10 a dozen for fertile eggs. The hatchery price seems high to me

I sold off all my stock last year but am getting some hens back from the same flock this year and going to raise them again. I figured out they are a bit quieter if you just keep one roo

But you might have a problem hanging on to Guineas. If your whole flock disappeared but are still within ear shot of the new flock they might end up going to look for them. Or vice versa.

Hey there,

I just had a young man call me. I live near Lincoln, Nebraska and had an ad on CL for blue and black orp cockerals. Anyhow the poor guy is searching all over for blue and black orp chicks especially. Since I had the add for roos, he was hoping he could get some chicks, but I dont ship and dont have any chicks yet.

He lives near Cleveland, Tennesee, any of you might be able to help this young man out, I have to admire someone that goes to such lengths to try to track something down that they want.
