Tentative dx of laryngotracheitis—rx?

So, my duck has swellings in the front corners of his eyes that look like slightly-cooked egg white (white, opaque) and is acting poorly. My dx from looking at online vet manuals is infectious laryngotracheitis (ILT). How do I treat it? TBH, the wording in the manual was hard to follow.
 
Mycoplasma gallisepticum is very common in all poultry. ILT, according to Merck Manual affects chickens and pheasants, but I am not an authority. MG and coryza are the main respriatory illnesses that cause swelling in the face and conjunctivitis, which are usually a result of sinus infection. Those may cause puss and gunk in the eyes. ILT usually causes bloody mucus discharge from the beak and nostrils. You may want to get some testing for your duck, or start an antibiotic that treats MG, such as Tylan 50 injectable from a feed store, or get Tylan powder or oxytetracycline to put in the water from a vet.
