Terramycin - Help please, can't figure out the dose/measurement

As usual, the indications on the pack are very ambiguous, and all I have is a coffee scoop or kitchen spoons.
This is a 4 month old hen with some kind of respiratory problem, very sick and getting worse.
Any advice please.

I would first like to say that if your pullet is very sick, terramycin probably won't do the trick. But if that's all you have handy, it's worth a shot.

Do you have powder or concentrate? I'm guessing powder, since it's usually what feed stores carry.

For powder: 1 tablespoon per gallon of water for 10-14 days.

Make sure to use full term.
