Leave it be in the incubator. It needs to rest and dry up. With no other chicks hatching the humidity will not continue to rise so it will do best in there till it's free of it's egg. It will fluff up over the first 24 hours regardless.

i just moved it to the brooder and it went strait under the feather duster
it hasnt dried at all but i got the egg off of it

You need to put an old towel or some of the waffle weave rubbery shelf liner down over the newspaper. Newspaper is too slippery for a new chick and can cause legs problems for them.

Please try and remember to resize your pictures smaller.
