Eh.....you could. But I figure if they haven't pipped by day 23-24-25 they aren't strong enough to thrive even if they are alive(which really is doubtful).

You could carefully open the air cell and inspect for signs of life. However, if you do so, I suggest that you do it outside. There is no smell on this earth worse than a rotten egg. And no smell will permeate a space worse than rotten egg.
