Your somewhat correct, she is a brown leghorn, but has a normal comb but when this photo has taken she was still a pullet so her comb wasn't that noticeable

It's dad is a Cochin x polish, it's mom is a.... Probably a mixed mutt of OEGB, jap bantam, and rose comb.
