I'm thinking that there is a time limit for creating poll for PFMs and non-PFMs.

• Non-PFM - 24 hours
• PFM - 6 months

In about five hours I expect the option to create a poll to disappear.

Okay, after 24 hours non-PFMs cannot add a poll, which means that PFMs probably can't add them to threads over 6 months old.
