I am saying it should be closer to $5 then $10. I'm not charging for the eggs only packaging & postage. Check out USPS.com my zip is 25264.

ya i was looking on the thing and by what i could find it was 4.95 for a small flat rate priority shipping box... and i doubt 12 eggs could fit in that.
