how best offer works is.....

i am selling lets say pet quality silkie eggs... and i am asking 20$ per doz + shipping...

well if redhen wants them but she want to barter on them or is not sure of the quality colours ect... she wants to see is i will accept $12 for them.... well then its my choice if i want to accept the offer or not.. i can settle for less cause comon they are pet quality ....

with e-bays best offer system i would be able to counter offer so lets say i think the $12 is to low... i can counter offer $15 and then its up to her if she wants to accept the offer...
