I have around 25 chickens and half have either mycoplasma or coryza. Too many of these birds are special to me to cull the whole flock. I would consider culling just the carriers if there was a cheap way to test them individually. If test are expensive or only postmortem, then I could cull them as they show signs of disease. My questions are:
1. Does the disease only spread during a flare up?
2. Are there any affordable ways to test each bird?
