Is there any testing needed to ship fertile eggs? I plan on getting NPIP certified but i have some eggs i want to sell now.

Thanks

Depends on the state you are shipping them into, really. Some do not require NPIP, but will take a vet's certificate of health. Some require NPIP plus an additional permit. It varies by state.

Now, do people follow that? In all truth, usually not. I think you'll find 95% of all hatching eggs being shipped by BYC members are by non-NPIP folks.
