If that is the case, it is a great improvement. I have not noticed that change here. It always annoyed me that they turned from unread to read immediately upon clicking on alerts. It is helpful that Conversations stay marked as unread until individually clicked on.

Yeah, I’ve missed reading some new ones because they automatically changed to read before I actually did read them.

This automatically changing to read before you read them is an option under your alert preferences... You can change that so they aren't automatically read.

Bold Italic Underline

Why in the world are they not beside each other? Changing font color, size, and type should not be in the middle of Bold --- and then Italics and Underline...

Alerts have never disappeared immediately after being viewed.

Mine always did.

Are you sure about that? If you re-opened the alert menu, it would simply say "You have no new alerts" regardless of how recently you last got an alert?

Yeah it’s confusing how italics and underline are hidden now but bold isn’t. Also how do you get rid of a quote once you quote it? I can’t figure it out. I deleted the text in it but the blue box is still there. It was easy when you could just delete the text before. I love the new quotes otherwise though, it’s definitely easier this way, and love the profile pictures now, but can’t figure out how to delete the blue box.
