Tethers and Why They Should Never Be Used on Peafowl

My purpose in posting was to ask you people to back off on this kid and quit your pompous harassment.

Oh no! That done it . lol! Well then keep it civil, be open minded on this tether deal and mainly lets try to help this young fella BIRDRAIN You better know Zazouse made an excellant point about that it wouldnt matter if the wings were clipped. Your bird/birds could still break the one leg with a tight tether if something goes wrong. BIRDRAIN Just remember everyone here is trying to help you( including me) so you dont end up with a injured bird or dead one.... like last time. You have heard of lots of ways to go about this now. So I hope all goes well. I would ...if you can..... persuade the judges into using the cage for ALL parts of the show. If you cant do that then let the experienced judges control your bird at the very least. Then if they cant guarentee the safety of you, them AND the birds safety I dont think you should enter the show. Whats more important to you? Your bird or the show? Whats your parents think about all this? Maybe they can show you what a tether is for and how its used if you just have and demand to use it. I ask because maybe they can help you. Did they know one of your birds got killed because of a tether and most here dont recommend them???!!! Also tell the judges about what we have said WAY in advance. You already saw how dangerous it can be by losing your one bird. Let them look at this post also if you want too too. Judges and parents. Bottom line NO ONE wants to hear about a needlessly hurt or dead bird.Birdrain do you Understand? To Trefoil: I hope I didnt sound too harrassing. if I did Im sorry Its because Im a Man. Hence we are a lot
more straight foward.
