Tetracycline dosage?

One of my runners isn't feeling so good, has a croupy sounding "cough". I bought some tetracycline at the pet store (hoping to find Agrimycin at Tractor Supply tomorrow). What dosage of tetracycline can I give him?

My list from Twin City Supply says Not to use Tetracycline for waterfowl. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.
