Actually, Salmon Favorelles are not meat breeds. I would reccomend you buy Western Rustic chickens, or at least Rhode Island Reds or some type of dual purpose.

Western Rustics should be butchered before 18 weeks, I recommend 12-13 weeks.

Well who cares what I said this chicken thing is a No Go for me! The frackin State still has to come out and inspect me to harvest for meat, which means they're going to make me spend Thousands to get an operation up and going! EVERYTHING IS ILLEGAL in this "free" nation. Everyone should read Thomas Jefferson's second annaugural address, there were No internal taxes or regulations At All, not even property tax, Everything was paid for by Import Tariffs and Duties which oh wait None of the conglomerates pay today when they produce everything from Slave labor overseas and import it for free, and are headquartered in states like mine NC where corporate income tax is abolished. This really makes me angry!
