Payment thru Paypal only, they will be individuslly wrapped with plastic air bubbles for protection during transit but cant be held responsible for damaged eggs due to the way USPS treats the pacakage during transit. Can't guarantee your hatching rate due to a lot of factors that can affect the outcome. I recomend that you let the eggs settle down at room temp. for at least 24 hours before setting them in the incubator in order to let the yolk settle down after the transit.
