Actually when I hit submit, the post just stayed in the reply box. So I hit submit again. And nothing happened. So I hit submit again then I went to a different browser. And saw it posted...multiple times!!!
So no need to run to the eye dr just yet!

Laurie that is a great idea with the flowers! You have a leg up on the rest of us as I know for sure that my sprouts would be eaten as soon as they poked their heads out of the ground.

My chicken math is going to be like Harley's I just know. I started out just wanting hens for eggs, who cares about variety and personalities. But then I just had to have silkies. No problem, had a small makeshift coop for them and large coop just right for my 22 red and black stars. But I'm in love with my big baby Cochin. Hilarious personality, I can tell I'm going to love him. He's a little clueless acting and runs when others do, but gets in their way and gets bumped, which makes him bow up a little towards them. Then he tried to jump up on the roost like all the others even though they are small, but he falls and walks way as if he is saying, "I didn't want up there anyway."
BTW Brynn and Laurie, it is now between Chunk and Charley Brown for his name. He has this big blonde head, reminds me of Charley Brown!
Anyway, now I want Standard Cochins! Think I'll go snuggle up to my hubby and tell him my latest plans for another pen....

Look what I picked from my garden tonight. Onions, rutabaga, 4 kinds of beans and carrots. I still have some onions and carrots left in the garden too.

Aren't the carrots pretty? I love these and the flavor is sooooo good. Brynn's chickens are getting all the tops.


I'm going to be busy tomorrow putting al this up. I just washed everything and put it in the fridge tonight.

Girl that puts my garden to shame. I think I have to much in a small space because my squash are not getting quite as big as I would like but at least I am getting some. My tomatillos are producing BIG time. Going to have lots of salsa!

I love babies. He is adorable. I remember this stage. My grandbaby just started walking. She turns one year next month. Time flies by so fast!! Here she is at my DIW graduation.

Ran across this late last night and thought I would share. Wife wants to go so she set the clock. Guess I should have kept it to myself.

Well the dr started me on new meds. He still doesn't have a name for what I have. He keeps saying its not RA as if he is trying to convince himself. LOL He promises he will figure it out but meanwhile he upped my Mobic to max dose and started me on a fibromyalgia medication, BUT he said I don't have fibromyalgia but he is hoping the combo punch of these two meds will get my pain under control. Me too!! I cleaned the boat yesterday and last night and this morning I am paying for it in my joints. It sucks. LOL But I have a week to recoup on my floaty. LOL

Hey I want to thank you ladies that have been keeping in touch with me ever since I started down the illness road. It is so sad to say but y'all have been better friends than people I see and have hung out with that I call friends. It tries to get me down that I am always the one there for other people when they are in need but when it's me I can't even get a simple tx......BUT I am not going there. LOL
That's female drama crap and I hate it so I am not diving into it. I can't stand that kind of crap and I work really hard not to let Satan lead me down that road. LOL I am a beer, wings and ball game kind of girl not shopping and drama.

So anyway THANK YOU!!!! Y'all don't know how much it has meant to me!!

Well if you are coming to canton Texas for the chicken show I would turn around and go home. There is only about 20 chickens here!! Drove for an hour to get here to find 100's of rabbits and 20 chickens
