Texas chickens

We have a few acres in Central Texas. It was 108 the other day, and it's 99 today. We're getting a rooster and a hen from friends in a few days, along with a coop. Here they are. Well, no. The image button above won't work for me.

We're looking forward to fresh eggs. I reckon we'll need some more hens. I'll start looking in CraigsList
