I was going to make turkey enchiladas yesterday.
Then again today but changed my mind.

I'll try one more time tomorrow.

I just saw someone made turkey carnitas, looked great and sounds like it might work.

Makes about as much sense as a turkey ham. Or a duck steak. Hen's teeth?
