Thankfully my ducks are not dumb!

I couldn't understand why my ducks were in their house. Normally they are out and about. I pulled their house away from their pen so they could go play. Then I heard it. A Hawk was in the yard, and it was wanting them for lunch! Back into the house they went.

I have some younguns, which include 4 chickens and a duck. BTW, don't ever raise chickens and ducks- they get all screwed up!

Anyway, one day i let them out, and when i came back. One of the chicks was being chewed on by a nasty hawk. I was so afraid that the rest of them might have been gotten- especially my duck. Then i saw them all shivering scared cuddled up in the house. I was wondering what defenses a duck had against predators ! Run and Hide!
