I have a variety, kind of one thing leads to another. Silkies, welsummers and polish chickens, a pair of Toulouse geese and a pair of blue slate turkeys. I hope to learn more about keeping them all happy and healthy.

Glad you could join the flock! What a wonderful mixed flock you have there, that really is a bit of everything! I too found that keeping chickens can make things lead to another. I started with 2 hybrids at first and at my most I have had 50 birds. I've reduced things again now and have just mainly polish.

! Happy you joined our community! Yes, lots of us have had similar experiences of one type of critter leading to a whole farm of them. I started with a few chickens and that has mushroomed to ducks, geese, guineas, turkeys, and pigs!
