Hi Andy, welcome to BYC. Ivermectin does not treat all types of worms. I would suggest following the advice from @N F C
When you post in that forum please state whether or not, you have seen, or had worms diagnosed, and what type of worms.

I agree with @janiedoe and @N F C. Post in emergencies, but don't treat until you know what you are treating for...
