no chickens yet but , can i use weed from yard as bedding ?.
actually now I am thinking of building or buying a coop.
I want a tractor for then to sleep move out so they can free range and fertilize my land.

Dried organic matter makes for good bedding. You'd have to dry the weeds first without letting them form mold.
I would never buy a pre-fab coop. I only suggest building or converting an existing structure into a coop.
If you want the to free range, there is no need for a tractor.
