thanks

number 6 looks like a little rooster to me, even though the little roos often have red combs...in the bottom pic his little comb seems to be turning pink. And the green eyes is a sign of game/ee blood. So I think he is a little EE rooster.

OH! and the egg color question.. It depends on ur roosters genes: If he came from blue egg laying stock and was crossed with a brown egg laying chicken then the egg color for him would be green(hes a roo tho! lol) so if you cross a green egg shell gene roo with a brown egg gene hen the color of the egg will be dark green/brown I believe. Correct me if im wrong anyone!!
But its so wierd I have a friend you gave me eggs to put under my old silkie/game hen(all brown eggs) from reds, EEs, and cochins. Well 2 happened to be EE pullets hatched from brown eggs. And their father was a buff orpington, yet they laid green eggs...!?! Weird to me,

If anyone's combs turn bright red by 6 weeks old, they are a roo, if they turn red at 8-10 weeks, a late blooming roo, turning red at 14-16 or so and you've got an early maturing girl. You didn't state age but look to be 3 weeks old.

yes, they are about 3 weeks - and I have 7 all together (and a few are hard to tell apart) and they ALL seem to have red or pinkish combs - what are the odds of having 7 chicks and 5-6-7 being roosters!?

I think this is a type of sex-link, boys with some darker and barring and the girls mostly white. I have no idea how this cross was made. But again, the mostly white are girls and the darker ones are male. They do not look like Easter Eggers or any blue egg laying breed. They are slim chances to get blue eggs.
