I would like to get what I payed for. I payed for 12 black and he only sent 12 so I guess my quest for black is a bust.

The sad thing is he has no pics of the buff so who knows what kinda mess I will end up with..

aawww if you were close to me i'd buy them from you.. ifthe guy doesn't make it right, make sure you leave feedback saying wht happened... and let him know if he doesn't fix it that you will leave that feedback... maybe he was hoping they'd get screwed up in shipping and never hatch so you wouldn't know.. ?? lol..

i would ask him to ship the correct color and cover the shipping out of his pocket... you now have to find homes for birds you did not want.. and you had to use electricity to hatch those eggs that you didn't want...
i hope it gets straightened out

I have two little silkies due late Thursday. That's my birthday too, though it wasn't intentional

. Hopefully they both make it, I would hate to have just one lonely chick. I started out with 6 eggs, but the box arrived really beat up and the others were scrambled and never started developing.

I have one button out and drying. The membrane in the egg dried out plastic hard while the little fellow only had its head stuck out so I dabbed the membrane with some warm water and the chick broke through in a matter of seconds and is out moving, drying, and peeping. The chicks still a bit wet but anyone know what color I’ve got.

WOW! Another just hatched, that was amazingly fast.

Granted mine are bantam chicks, but yellow and silver usually gives me a grey and white or black and white chick.

He looks a bit like Drier Lint did as a newly hatched baby. This is DL today, a bit less than a week later:
