are blue eggs hard to see through...i see alot of darkness, good air cells and a few veins on my day 14 candling. just worried about not really seeing much else or movement
that is such a relief! last hatch i saw a lot of veins....but i was also candling whenever the desire struck. this time i am sticking too 1 7 14 and 18. i hope they are doing well...i am trying to improve my methods each time last hatch i thought they were ALL going to hatch and 4 hatched but two died. this time i am quite a bit more pessimistic, but i hate to think ill have a bad rate again...Yes the blue, greens and dark brown eggs can be hard to see much if you don't have a really good (really bright) flashlight or candler. I can only see dark areas and air cells in mine with my cheap led flashlight or my cell phone. I've never been able to see blood vessels with mine.
As long as your dark areas continue to fill more and more of the egg, and air cells are getting bigger with your next candling days, it's a good sign that your eggs are doing fine![]()
