Emu’s (like you said) most likely aren’t very useful farm animals, but if you could sell their eggs for that much, than I say it’s worth it! (Depending on and emu’s price, and if you find anybody to sell the eggs to). Also, I didn’t know that a lot of people had emu’s in NC! Interesting!

I think a lot of people keep them as pets/ flock guardians too, since they are like people-sized chickens

It can be a little tricky, but i like to think of elongated fish scales. If all else fails, look at some chicken pictures!

The main reason is because one of our neighbors keep llamas. I personally like Llamas better, just preference though. Turned down the idea though! That would be over the top! However, llamas are grazers and browsers.

My dad ”hates” Llamas, because he said they’ll spit on you. Which they do a lot of times

Yeah, that’s why i like alpacas, they are supposed to be friendlier and tamer (although more flighty)
not to mention smaller, and supposedly softer!

I never thought about the bumps they have on their head. I know they have a little bump, never thought of incorporate that into the sketch… thanks!
