Can we incubate or do they have to hatch via chicken butts? I'm going to medicate my flock, so there will be egg withdrawal, I'm assuming it will be ok to hatch these so they don't go to waste! But They will have to go in the bator.

Yes I think most of us are hatching by incubator Though quite a few people are hoping their hens will go broody or stay broody for this hatch along.

Anyone have a pic of their FOLDED Wire box in the bottom of their homemade incubator?

I would like one to add to my coolerbator page to show how its done, DH did a wood frame but I would like to show how simple it is and I am out of wire!!

Sally, ill try to take a picture of mine tonight and post it here or on Pa thread. I used 1/4" hardware cloth and wire ties.

THNX for the welcome! There was an email newsletter that I got. That's how I knew about it. I'm excited! I haven't set any of my own eggs yet. All I've ever hatched are shipped. This should be great!
