Alright I have 23 hatched and 9 left to go out of my 32 that made it to lockdown from 36 eggs set.

I moved 17 to the brooder and left the rest in the incubator to keep the eggs company and hopefully encourage more to hatch. This is so awesome.

I absolutely LOVE Vetericyn! Discovered it when one of the horses got bit in the noise by a dog. Cleans, disinfects, heals. This stuff is gold in a bottle! Love it & will never run out.

Black betty got off to throw a hissy fit eat like a madwoman poop like a man and settle right back on her 4 eggs! lol I feel bad she can sit on at least 50 LOL!!

I am getting worried.

I have heard a faint "cheep cheep" several times when I have cheeped and tapped to the chickies. The first time I heard the faint cheep was YESTERDAY around 11 AM!!! It has been over 24 hrs and I still cannot see ANY external pips, at least as far as I can tell by peering in the two windows of my LG with a flashlight. I can't tell which egg is peeping, but if the chick has internally pipped, how long can it breathe before it HAS to pip to survive???

If you feel more comfortable then candle and tap them and listen, if they have an internal pip, you can make an external breathing hole, I think its early yet, but only you know for sure how your hatch went and what you feel is going on in there. I use the tiny drill bit and make the hole close to the beak I see during candle, AVOIDING INNER MEMBRANES, I don't actually drill mind you! I score an x and then twist it in the center of it....

if you read the assist article you know how difficult it is to judge when a chick needs help, AS long as you don't touch the inner membranes your ok!

Phew! I had to just go to the end, I so can't keep up! We have 4 from my EE out, 2 more pipped; 1 Spangled Russin Orloff out, one more pipped; 4 BBS Ameraucana out, one more at least pipped; 4 of my Maran/Welsummer, hard to see who's who. I have pips in two of my brown eggs also and a pip in a Cream Crested Legbar! Whooop! 13 out, lots to go!

I would leave it be. Eggs are porous, so it's probably resting and absorbing the yolk sac. No need to worry yet.
