Brooks! now how is that to help me make something by hand???? LOL
I would love to buy another one, I loned mine out and NEVER GOT IT BACK!!! But I cant afford one. My issue was the way it baked upright, it just aint right, needs to look like a loaf a bread in my book not a mushroom fairy house LOL

Now every time I take it out of the pan I will be thinking this.

I think they are Americanas I have no idea. I just went back out and all hens where outside coop pecking and eating there was 2 brown eggs I took one and X the other also i lifted the nest with the 1 egg and moved it inside the actual nesting box area where they use to lay the eggs. i guess when i put new straw in the coop they thought it was more cozy. Is there a facebook group I can join-it would be easier for me to post my pic to see if anyone can identify what I have.

Can anyone check out my avatar pic and tell me what you may think they are -not sure if its ok to ask in this thread-not sure of anything today lol

And you can solve the fairy house problem with a bread machine. Just use the dough cycle, dump the dough out into a bread pan, let it rise a second time and bake it yourself in the oven. No one will know you didn't do the whole thing by hand!

OMG dont get me making that yet!! I just told DH to bring me yeast home and bread flour... Dont know what I will try first, but it must be simple, I havent a clue what made me want to bake with yeast! I havent done anything since I had that bread machine 20 years ago!! lol Any suggestions for a first timer?

A bread machine lol. Can't afford? Just make one...you made an incubator...how hard can a bread machine be.
