Hip hip hooray! Out of 15 shipped cream legbar eggs 14 have veins and movement!! The last one might be a blood ring? I am too much of a newbie to be sure so leaving it in the bator. Out of 13 shipped Blue Laced Red Wyandotte 7 have veins and movement 3 had shadows but no veins (that I could see) and 3 have smooth outer shells but with the candler light on them they look really spotty?? Is this what you refer to as porous? They were hard to see if there were veins...Our 2 homegrown Ameraucana have veins as does our homegrown Speckled Sussex...The 2 MaransX and Olive Eggers were too dark to see and out of the four mutts one was clear and 3 not sure or too dark. Anyway I am super pleased with my shipped eggs...just keepin my fingers crossed for no quitters!

Rooster's Crown:

Materials: Egg, Butter knife, plate, pen, and scissors

Step: 1. Take a whole egg (fresh or refridgerated) and carefully crack it in half with the butter knife.
Step: 2. Dump the yolk out of the egg onto the plate and clean/dry the eggs.
Step: 3. Pick one half of the egg, hold the half near where it was cracked, and set the uncracked, pointy end on a flat and hard surface so the inside of the half-egg shell is up.
Step: 4. Take the pen and quickly stab the inside of the pointy part of the half-egg so there is now a good-sized hole in the top of the half-egg.
Step: 5. After you have the hole in the top of your half-egg, flip the egg over on the part where it was cracked and hold it like that while you cut triangle shapes (zig-zag) in the hole you just made.
Step: 6. You're done!

  When he kicks me in just the right spot it is. I think I'll go for orange if they have it. I don't like it either, but fruit punch does something funny to my mouth. Kind of like I'm poked in the mouth with needles. I'm apparently the only person I know that goes through that.

I think they put like carbonation in it to make it seem like soda yuck lol it's as thick as syrup and u have ya drink even more for the 4 hr test .... It always makes me feel terrible after its all over .... I really feel sorry for you cause it's no fun! But it sure is worth it when that sweet lil baby is in your arms!! It's way better than chickies ;-) I am happy for you and I hope you pass your test !!
