Here is my entry for the rooster crown!
instructions:
1. You will need Cardstock, seqeunce, glitter glue, and a Rooster!
2. Cut the shape of a crown using cardstock
3. On the bottom edge of the crown glue gold seqeunce 4. Above the gold seqeunce glue silver seqeunce 5. In the center of the crown place a gold star sequence 6. On both sides of the gold star place silver star seqeunce 7. Squirt glitter glue on the rest of the crown 8. Wait for it to dry 9. Once dry get a strip of cardstock and create a band. Once u do those steps you get this: The internet is being slow and not letting me post pics I will post them later.

Here they are - the chicks from our first round for your enjoyment of fluffy babies. So excited for the Easter weekend batch. There are still 11 in there waiting to be set for that hatch. The dark ones are all so different, I can't wait to see who else is waiting to hatch!

I'm in love! I have to agree with gardeningmama that #7 is off the hook adorable!

silkie still not pipped .... Nail biting time....
Yay! 1/2 way there!
Ok, so, here we come lock down!! Who's ready? Do you feel ready? I want to hear ready. Set goo...READY! Yep, I'm sooo ready!
I'm ready and not ready at the same time. I'm excited for the chicks (who isn't), but I have 13 juveniles in the brooder I have to kick out and get the brooder coop ready for the babies. (weaning them off heat now) And I need to help with the judging for the contests that are ending - that alone is going to be tough! So many great entries! Oh and announce the winners, but that's the fun part!
