Well, then that is definitely worth trying! This roo (whom we call The Governor) is scary sneaky! We have 1-1/4 acres, I'll look around and he will be way over on the other side of fence out in the woods. The first time I was all like "cool, he's way over there, no prob"I use a regular dog nail clipper on my White faced Black Spanish roo, I slip the clipper over until its about 1/4" out and snip as fast as I can and then I have kwik stop power and blot it on the cuts, they stop bleeding in a heart beat and the roo has been scared poopless of me ever since I started this. <giggles?
