Narragansett eggs got here yesterday! I'll set them this afternoon. CPG eggs should be shipping Wednesday so they'll get set next weekend. Thankfully my new bator should get here either Wednesday or Thursday. My Cayugas should be here tomorrow! I think the black eggs are going to look so neat in my eggs basket with the pekin eggs and the blue, green, pink, chocolate, brown and cream chicken eggs.

Wow! I just Googled that! I had no idea a duck could lay a black egg. You're right, very pretty..

Good Morning everyone. I need to rush around and get some chores done now and try to get down a cup of coffee so I can run out the door to get the kids to Sunday School. Then off to TSC to look for some things, just noticed my poor goats have lice

We are going to take care of my poor goats today. And since we have to burn the bedding anyway, we are going to have a huge bonfire today YAY.

Oh I have been there with the mites and they are horrid little creatures, they could drive just about anyone batty.

And no worries I have good will power even as a chicken addict. I PROMISE I WILL NOT come home with anything live.

And I just check my kids calendar and there is no CCD today so no need for me to rush around lol Im gonna sit here with my BYC friends and drink some coffee.
