Your aircells are sorta displaced on those two?
A normal position is at the fat end of the egg like such, note the chicks position? It needs to have the air cell at the fat end so when it positions for hatching it can PIP internally into the air cell area. Most times these funky cells keep the chick from rotating into position... in the incubator i put it on the black wire coming in to the heat source and place it at the top of the bator. its essentially a mini wafer type thermostat that shuts off the heat source if it gets too hot
