haha I always feel like I am flooding the thread when I start adding photos. here is a good one though- excuse my one wet chick, he ran headfirst into the water dish when i went to catch them. these are all button quail except for one is an african harlequin quail. the big honker in the right middle of the photo

he is my FAV! how fast are they growing now?

these guys are just under a week old, the all but one hatched on the 7th and that one dark tiny one hatched a full two days later! I actually had to help him out, and he was ready to be out for sure, he was pretty much dry and fluffy while still in his shell it was crazy, but he seems to be catching up quickly

we'll be jumpin in here setting 12 sbel at least... if i can scrounge up a couple few more to toss in we'll set those too.

the area I took them in was not the best, and I would prefer morning lighting than afternoon.
