Ok ya'll...I gave into my impatience and set my eggs! And, I did set the Seramas because I don't know what impact it would have if they were fertilized by the OEGB...so they went in too

Here is what I set:

28 LF from my own flock: EE roo X Barred Rock and Commercial Black girls
14 LF assorted: Lav Orp and EE roos X Speckled Sussex, Orps, Marans, EEs, Cochins
18 Bantam assorted: Serama or OEGB X Serama, Silkie or Polish X Silkie, Mille Fleur,

TOTAL SET: 60

Just set mine! Total is twenty-seven. (I have seven EE already going with ten days left)

I could be wrong, but all of the pictures on the official brinsea site show it the other way?  I can't imagine that it matters that much, unless it just "sckootches" the eggs instead of turning them. 

You are correct eggs will not roll the other way.(unless they are really small and will touch the bottom ) Picture is correct way to set it.

I set 46 eggs, 15 RIR's, 15 Black Australorps, and 16 Orpingtons (buff and white)

Went ahead and sat my eggs because I'm not going to be home the rest of the day. 13 silkie eggs and 8 welsummer eggs.

My official count is 19 Blue/ Black/Splash Orpingtons.

11 Khaki Campbell ducks
7 White Call ducks
6 Black East Indie ducks
12 Gray Call ducks

Everything but the khaki campbells were shipped eggs.

I set 36 eggs from my flock. The roo is Barred rock and the hens are New Hampshire&red sexlinks. Happy Hatching all!!!!
